Contudo, para tornar-se objeto de estudo, a gênese de uma obra deve ter deixado “rastros”: os arquivos da criação. APCG, de acordo com seu Estatuto, vem divulgar entre seus membros e demais interessados as diretrizes e outras providências para a participação no X CONGRESSO INTERNACIONAL DA APCG, que estará comemorando também os 25 anos da pesquisa sobre o processo de criação no Brasil. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;1 – Tema &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Materialidade e virtualidade no processo de criação&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;No ano em que a Associação de Pesquisadores em Crítica Genética (APCG) comemora o seu jubileu de prata, o Congresso pretende, com base nos estudos e análises de diferentes processos de criação ao longo desses 25 anos, discutir o trânsito dos estudos dos documentos e arquivos nos fluxos literários, artísticos, científicos e culturais globais, evidenciando seus ritmos, formas e as invenções da mente criadora para dar existência a esses arquivos da criação.&lt;br /&gt;Se, de um lado, podemos pensar que a matéria-prima dos documentos e arquivos é a substância principal de que se utiliza o artista no fabrico de alguma coisa, ou seja, aquilo de que é feita a obra, que é manipulado durante o processo; de outro, podemos admitir que o termo não é utilizado em oposição ao virtual, pois aquele que trabalha com os meios digitais, ou com os híbridos, também se vê diante da necessidade de manipular a potencialidade de softwares, por exemplo, ou até perceber que precisa criar ou que sejam criados para ele, novos programas para que consiga construir suas obras (digitais ou não). Assim, os Arquivos de Criação podem ser manifestos em sua existência “material” nas gavetas ou “virtual” nas pastas e arquivos digitais. As gavetas se expandem e o conceito de documento se reestrutura no campo ampliado dos fenômenos da contemporaneidade – o que muda pois, é o modo de manifestação desse documento, mas nunca suas funções no processo de criação.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;O tema possibilita, ainda, a abertura de reflexões para esse novo campo de investigações sobre os arquivos da criação, concernentes às tecnologias da informação, com documentos reticentes que constituem-se em documentos virtuais, ou também as versões digitalizadas de documentos materiais. O Olhar do crítico genético sobre o seu objeto e suas pesquisas precisa ser ampliado para tudo que a virtualidade, inclusive internet, está nos oferecendo. O futuro da crítica genética é mais que nunca, multidisciplinar e transdisciplinar. Assim, uma indagação norteia este novo momento, e conseqüentemente o X Congresso da APCG: até que ponto os estudos genéticos estariam comprometidos ou facilitados com a introdução desses documentos virtuais ou virtualizados? Dentro desta reflexão proposta pelo tema geral, serão organizadas sessões temáticas, com recortes mais específicos, nas quais as comunicações deverão ser inscritas. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;b&gt;2 – Participantes&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O X Congresso da APCG está aberto para o público em geral interessado nos estudos do processo de criação que poderão participar como comunicadores ou ouvintes.&lt;br /&gt;2.1 – Somente poderão apresentar propostas de sessões temáticas os membros da APCG, em dia com o pagamento de suas anuidades até 2009. As propostas serão avaliadas e selecionadas pelo Comitê Científico.&lt;br /&gt;2.2 – A inscrição de comunicações para as sessões temáticas será aberta ao público, cabendo ao(s) coordenador(es) de cada sessão selecionar os trabalhos apresentados.&lt;br /&gt;2.3 – O Congresso será aberto a ouvintes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;3 – Cronograma&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Etapa 1 – 20/04/2010: &lt;/b&gt;Divulgação do Edital e início da aceitação de propostas de sessões temáticas para análise pelo Comitê Científico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Etapa 2 – 20/05/2010&lt;/b&gt; : Data limite para envio de ficha de submissão de proposta de sessões temáticas e para pagamento de anuidades anteriores da APCG (apenas para os que precisam regularizar sua situação até 2009).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Etapa 3 – 01/06/2010: &lt;/b&gt;Divulgação das sessões temáticas selecionadas e início das inscrições de propostas de comunicações.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Etapa 4 – 15/08/2010: &lt;/b&gt;Data limite para inscrição de propostas de comunicações, mediante envio da ficha de inscrição e do resumo expandido e pagamento da taxa de submissão.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Etapa 5 – 05/09/2010&lt;/b&gt; : Divulgação das comunicações selecionadas pelo(s) coordenador(es) das sessões temáticas. E pagamento da taxa de inscrição até 15/09/2010&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Etapa 6 – 10/10/2010: &lt;/b&gt;Confirmação das inscrições dos comunicadores, mediante envio da ficha de confirmação de inscrição, bem como do comprovante de depósito da taxa específica. &lt;b&gt;Etapa 7 – 20/09/2010&lt;/b&gt; : Divulgação da programação final do X CONGRESSO DA APCG. &lt;b&gt;Etapa 8 – 22 a 25/11/2010&lt;/b&gt; : Realização do X CONGRESSO DA APCG, quando serão apresentados as comunicações cujas inscrições forem devidamente confirmadas a) pelos proponentes, b) por membros da APCG em dia com suas anuidades e c) por convidados da APCG.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Etapa 9 – 25/11/2010: &lt;/b&gt;Data limite para entrega do texto completo a ser publicado nos Anais do X CONGRESSO DA APCG.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;4 - Normas para Elaboração e Envio das Propostas de Sessões Temáticas&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.1 – Somente serão aceitas propostas de Sessões Temáticas apresentadas por membros da APCG.&lt;br /&gt;4.2 – As sessões temáticas propostas deverão ser coordenadas por 2 (dois) ou mais membros da APCG, preferencialmente de instituições diferentes.&lt;br /&gt;4.3 – As sessões temáticas propostas deverão ser pertinentes ao tema geral congresso.&lt;br /&gt;4.4 – As propostas deverão ser encaminhadas em ficha específica, na qual devem constar obrigatoriamente:&lt;br /&gt;- Nome dos coordenadores seguidos de filiação profissional ou institucional;&lt;br /&gt;- Título com até 85 (oitenta e cinco) caracteres com espaços;&lt;br /&gt;- Ementa com dimensão entre 1.800 (hum mil e oitocentos) e 2.500 (dois mil e quinhentos) caracteres com espaços;&lt;br /&gt;- 3 (três) palavras-chave;&lt;br /&gt;- Lista com até 10 (dez) sub-temas para inscrição das comunicações.&lt;br /&gt;4.5 – As fichas deverão ser encaminhadas até o dia 20 de maio de 2010, por correio eletrônico à APCG (&lt;a href="mailto:apcgcriticagenetica@gmail.com"&gt;apcgcriticagenetica@gmail.com&lt;/a&gt;).&lt;br /&gt;4.6 – As propostas inscritas serão enviadas ao Comitê Científico para análise e seleção.&lt;br /&gt;4.7 – As sessões temáticas selecionadas serão divulgadas até dia 01 de junho de 2010.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;5 – Análise e seleção das Propostas de Sessões Temáticas&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.1 – As propostas de sessões temáticas serão avaliadas e selecionadas pelo Comitê Científico, de acordo com os seguintes critérios: pertinência com relação ao tema geral do X CONGRESSO INTERNACIONAL DA APCG; relevância para o campo dos estudos do processo de criação no Brasil; adequação às normas estabelecidas no item 4.4; articulação inter-institucional dos coordenadores.&lt;br /&gt;5.2 – O Comitê Científico deverá selecionar até 6 (seis) Sessões Temáticas.&lt;br /&gt;5.3 – As Sessões Temáticas selecionadas serão divulgadas até o dia 01 de junho de 2010, pelo site da APCG e por correio eletrônico para os coordenadores proponentes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;6 - Normas para elaboração e envio das propostas de Comunicação&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6.1 – As propostas de comunicação deverão ser inscritas em uma das sessões temáticas do Congresso.&lt;br /&gt;6.2 – Somente serão aceitas as propostas pertinentes ao tema da sessão temática. Os coordenadores se reservam o direito de reencaminhar propostas para outras sessões temáticas, caso julguem pertinente.&lt;br /&gt;6.3 – As propostas de comunicação deverão ser enviadas até o &lt;strong&gt;dia 15 de agosto de 2010&lt;/strong&gt;, por correio eletrônico ao endereço a ser comunicado posteriormente no site do X Congresso da APCG. Em anexo à mensagem deverão constar, obrigatoriamente:&lt;br /&gt;. Ficha de Submissão de Proposta de Comunicação;&lt;br /&gt;. Proposta de comunicação segundo as seguintes especificações: Nome do(s) autor(es) seguido(s) de filiação profissional ou institucional; Título com até 85 (oitenta e cinco) caracteres com espaços; Resumo expandido com dimensão entre 1.800 (hum mil e oitocentos) e 2.500 (dois mil e quinhentos) caracteres com espaços; 3 (três) palavras-chave;&lt;br /&gt;. Cópia do comprovante de depósito bancário da taxa de submissão de proposta de comunicação.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OBS: Não serão aceitas notas, referências bibliográficas, epígrafes ou inclusão de imagens nos resumos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;6.4 – As propostas serão encaminhadas aos coordenadores das sessões temáticas nas quais foram inscritas, para avaliação e seleção. A partir de então, o contato entre os proponentes de comunicações e coordenadores de sessões temáticas será feito diretamente, via correio eletrônico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;7 – Análise das Propostas de Comunicação&lt;/b&gt; :&lt;br /&gt;7.1 – As propostas serão analisadas pelos coordenadores das sessões temáticas nas quais foram inscritas, segundo a pertinência das mesmas em relação ao tema proposto e a qualidade do trabalho apresentado.&lt;br /&gt;7.2 – Os coordenadores poderão decidir entre: aceitar a proposta; recusar a proposta ou fazer solicitações de modificações ou sugestões de adequação ao tema da sessão. No caso dos coordenadores considerarem necessária a reformulação da proposta de comunicação, a reelaboração e o reenvio da mesma deverá ser feito dentro do prazo estipulado para a avaliação. 7.3 – Os coordenadores das sessões temáticas deverão enviar por correio eletrônico (apcgcriticagenetica@gmail.com), para o Comitê de Organização do X CONGRESSO DA APCG, até o dia 05 de setembro de 2010, a lista com as comunicações selecionadas.&lt;br /&gt;7.4 – Caberá ao Comitê de Organização, em acordo com os coordenadores das sessões temáticas, propor a programação geral do evento, que será divulgada no site da APCG e por correio eletrônico para os comunicadores, até o dia 20 de setembro de 2010.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;8 – Confirmação da Inscrição dos Comunicadores:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;8.1 - Os comunicadores que tiveram suas propostas selecionadas deverão confirmar a inscrição no X CONGRESSO DA APCG até o dia 10 de outubro de 2010, enviando por correio eletrônico ao endereço a ser comunicado posteriormente no site do X Congresso da APCG, a seguinte documentação:&lt;br /&gt;. Ficha de Confirmação de Inscrição de Comunicadores&lt;br /&gt;. Cópia do comprovante de depósito bancário relativo ao pagamento da taxa de inscrição de comunicação.&lt;br /&gt;O Texto completo da comunicação, sem as notas ou referências bibliográficas, nem incluir as imagens que serão apresentadas durante o evento, deverá ser encaminhado para o coordenador da sessão Temática até o dia 15 de novembro, por correio eletrônico (apcgcriticagenetica@gmail.com), para leitura prévia; deverá ser apresentado no seguinte formato: Nome do(s) autor(es) seguido(s) de filiação profissional ou institucional; Título com até 85 (oitenta e cinco) caracteres com espaços; Texto com até 15.000 (quinze mil) caracteres com espaços;&lt;br /&gt;8.2 – As comunicações cuja inscrição não for realizada até a data limite de 10 de outubro de 2010 não serão incluídas na programação final do evento nem no Caderno de Resumos. Após esta data, serão aceitas inscrições apenas de participantes que não apresentarem trabalhos no evento, ouvintes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;9 – Taxas de submissão de propostas de comunicação e de confirmação de inscriç&lt;/b&gt;ão&lt;br /&gt;9.1 – O interessado em submeter proposta de comunicação dentro de uma das sessões temáticas do X CONGRESSO DA APCG deverá pagar taxa específica de submissão, a saber:&lt;br /&gt;9.1.1 – Membros da APCG em dia com a anuidade, estão isentos da taxa de submissão&lt;br /&gt;9.1.2 - Pesquisadores e professores não associados: deverão pagar taxa no valor de R$ 25,00 (vinte e cinco reais);&lt;br /&gt;9.1.3 – Estudantes de graduação ou de programas de pós-graduação: deverão pagar taxa no valor de R$ 15,00 (quinze reais).&lt;br /&gt;9.2 – O comunicador que tiver sua proposta selecionada deverá confirmar a inscrição no X CONGRESSO DA APCG, pagando os seguintes valores:&lt;br /&gt;9.2.1 – Membros da APCG: em dia com a sua anuidade R$ 100,00 (cem reais);&lt;br /&gt;9.2.2 – Pesquisadores e professores não associados: deverão pagar taxa no valor de R$ 150,00 (cento e cinqüenta reais);&lt;br /&gt;9.2.3 – Estudantes de programas de pós-graduação: deverão pagar taxa no valor de R$ 60,00 (sessenta reais) - se o estudante for associado ele pagará essa taxa e não pagará a de submissão. 9.3 – As taxas deverão ser quitadas mediante depósito em conta bancária:&lt;br /&gt;Os dados (banco, agência, conta) serão divulgados posteriormente nos sites da APCG (http://apcgcriticagenetica.blogspot.com) e no do X CONGRESSO DA APCG.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;10 – Publicação de Resumos:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;10.1 – Os resumos submetidos pelos comunicadores à análise dos Coordenadores das Sessões Temáticas serão publicados no site da APCG e no Caderno de Resumos do X Congresso da APCG.&lt;br /&gt;10.2 - Não haverá publicação no Caderno de Resumos de textos de comunicadores que não confirmarem a sua inscrição no evento até o dia 10 de Setembro de 2010, ou que estiverem fora do formato estipulado neste Edital.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;11 – Publicação de Textos Completos&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;11.1 – Até o dia 25 de novembro de 2010, o comunicador deverá enviar por correio eletrônico (&lt;a href="mailto:apcgcriticagenetica@gmail.com"&gt;apcgcriticagenetica@gmail.com&lt;/a&gt; ) o texto completo para publicação nos Anais, com o seguinte formato:&lt;br /&gt;. Título, com máximo de 85 (oitenta e cinco) caracteres, com espaço&lt;br /&gt;. Nome do(s) autor(es) e instituição(ões) de vínculo&lt;br /&gt;. Resumo com máximo de 500 (quinhentos) caracteres;&lt;br /&gt;. 3 (três) palavras-chave&lt;br /&gt;. Resumo em outro idioma (inglês ou francês), com máximo de 500 (quinhentos) caracteres, com espaços&lt;br /&gt;. 3 (três) palavras-chave em outro idioma (inglês ou francês)&lt;br /&gt;. Texto com máximo de 20.000 (vinte mil) caracteres, com espaços, incluindo as notas de rodapé&lt;br /&gt;O material deverá ser apresentado em fonte Arial, corpo 12 para o texto e corpo 10 para as notas, que deverão ser colocadas no rodapé.&lt;br /&gt;N&lt;strong&gt;ão serão incluídas referências bibliográficas para além das que constam nas notas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Poderão ser encaminhadas de 3 (três) a 10 (dez) imagens, em arquivo separado, com 150 dpi, em formato jpg, acompanhadas das respectivas legendas&lt;br /&gt;Texto, notas e referências bibliográficas devem seguir as normas da ABNT.&lt;br /&gt;11.2 – Não haverá publicação de textos de comunicadores selecionados que porventura não comparecerem ao referido Colóquio e/ou não entregarem a versão final do texto no prazo estabelecido.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;12 – Inscrições de Ouvintes&lt;/b&gt; :&lt;br /&gt;12.1 – Serão aceitas inscrições de ouvintes a partir do dia 06 de setembro de 2010 até o momento de realização do Colóquio.
